s key responsibilities, we highlight:
perational Support of Intelligence Tools – Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of platforms that support internal intelligence and performance (e.g., knowledge hubs, digital assistants, and others).

roject & Program Assistance – Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of project workstreams and team initiatives, contributing to status reports, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.

nowledge Enablement – Help structure and maintain content libraries that support strategic decision-making, service awareness, and performance visibility.

ata & Reporting Assistance – Support the design and delivery of performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and user interactions.

rocess Optimization - Identify and act on opportunities to streamline internal workflows, automate tasks, or improve user access to key information.

esting & Quality Assurance – Execute routine testing of digital solutions and knowledge tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.

raduate (f/m/d) in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

nterest in performance enablement, internal operations, knowledge management, or business intelligence

amiliarity with Microsoft tools and basic reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint)
