We are seeking a motivated and analytical Associate Consultant to join our Intelligence & Performance Improvement team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the areas of operational excellence and knowledge enablement.

ou will support initiatives that enhance internal performance, streamline access to strategic information, and improve the operational efficiency of knowledge delivery channels. Whether through maintaining intelligent support tools, optimizing internal processes, or assisting with data and reporting needs, you will contribute to making strategic knowledge more actionable across the organization.

s key responsibilities, we highlight:

  • perational Support of Intelligence Tools – Assist in the administration and continuous improvement of platforms that support internal intelligence and performance (e.g., knowledge hubs, digital assistants, and others).

  • roject & Program Assistance – Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of project workstreams and team initiatives, contributing to status reports, scheduling, and stakeholder communications.

  • nowledge Enablement – Help structure and maintain content libraries that support strategic decision-making, service awareness, and performance visibility.

  • ata & Reporting Assistance – Support the design and delivery of performance reports and dashboards to track key metrics and user interactions.

  • rocess Optimization - Identify and act on opportunities to streamline internal workflows, automate tasks, or improve user access to key information.

  • esting & Quality Assurance – Execute routine testing of digital solutions and knowledge tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience.

  • gility & Flexibility – Demonstrate the ability to work under short deadlines and adapt to flexible working hours, including occasional on-call support for urgent operational needs.

  • raduate (f/m/d) in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

  • nterest in performance enablement, internal operations, knowledge management, or business intelligence

  • amiliarity with Microsoft tools and basic reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint)

  • S
  • trong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks

  • ood communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

  • olid intercultural and collaboration skills

  • elf-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership
