The Role
Computer Operators at Kyndryl play a vital role in transforming how we manage and operate complex computer systems. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, oversee distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment, and ensure seamless operations across networks and applications.
Responsibilites:
- Perform batch operations in accordance with service level agreements.
- Monitor and control distributed systems and applications.
- Identify and analyze first-level system issues; resolve or escalate as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate logs and reports using scheduling software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to the development of customer-specific support processes.

- Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems.
