Are you ready to make a significant impact on the industrial refrigeration sector? GEA is looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to join our team in Lisbon in a pivotal role supporting commercial sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries (phone, email, website) and ensure timely follow-up through internal coordination.
- Handle quotation requests, prepare quotations for standard spare parts or machines, and follow up with customers.
- Oversee purchase orders, create sales orders, manage logistics, and coordinate internal processes to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Manage customer invoicing and debt collection.
- Handle claim management, warranties, and incident resolution.
- Maintain CRM data (opportunities, leads, service tickets, contracts).
- Prepare documentation for third-party collaborations.
- Occasional travel to factories or customer sites.
Your profile and qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering or related technological sciences (preferably Mechanical Engineering), with additional business or marketing education.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Industrial Refrigeration or related fields.
- Native Portuguese speaker.
- High proficiency in Spanish and English (business level).
- Willingness to travel frequently within Spain/Portugal and occasionally across Europe.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Proven track record in maintaining proactive business relationships with customers, key accounts, and stakeholders.
- Structured problem-solving skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
- Financial knowledge of company key figures is a plus.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
