Missions
Your Key Responsibilities:
Join the Client Data team, where you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and updating the KYC (Know Your Customer) database. You’ll oversee the administrative management of client files throughout the Client Life Cycle, ensuring compliance with the Bank’s standards and regulations during both onboarding and periodic reviews.
Your Mission Will Include:
- Reviewing and validating client-provided documents, ensuring all information is correctly inputted into the Bank’s systems.
- Keeping customer files up-to-date and fully compliant with the Bank’s requirements throughout the life of their account.
- Ensuring strict adherence to the Bank's internal procedures and regulatory standards.
- Managing administrative tasks linked to client documentation, such as encoding, verification, and archiving.
- Maintaining the accuracy, quality, and completeness of all customer file documentation.

Expérience
- You have experience in administrative roles, ideally within KYC, or are eager to become an expert in the field.
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable working with IT systems.
- You’re known for your attention to detail, efficiency, and reliability.
- You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with both teammates and stakeholders.
- You thrive in a team environment and are capable of adapting to the specificities of local markets.
- You’re fluent in French or English, with a good command of Spanish and/or Italian being a plus.
