Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and providing top-notch support? Join our team as a Client and Technical Solutions Support. We have a strong footprint in the Banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!


Location: Lisbon


Main Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, bank partners and internal departments needing assistance, while taking full responsibility for client interactions and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments.
  • Provides first line of support for post-sales and post-trades activities, responding via phone, email, or web platform.
  • Offers general product support and technical assistance (e.g.,report setup issues).
  • Adopts a co-creation mindset, understanding client needs to enhance their experience and improve services.
  • Reports and handles incidents, complaints, and claims in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Profile

Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Management, Finance, Economics or similar.
  • + 1 year of experience in Client Management or Banking and Financial Operations.
  • Knowledge of API's (in order to read documentation, integrate third-party services, and troubleshoot issues).
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods (eg: API keys) and tools such as Postman or similar.
  • Proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specially Excel.
  • Experience with CRM/Ticketing Tools (plus).
  • Driven to team work.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

(Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week)
