Mission

As a BSM Seller, you will be responsible for driving Microsoft Store growth through new SMB, SMCC and Enterprise customer acquisition by adding and activating new Surface customers and increasing the average deal size.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will work in a sales role and enjoy hunting for new customers every day.
  • You will pitch and cross-sell Surface and support Microsoft sales teams in selling Surface to their end customers.
  • You will be the subject matter expert for the end-to-end Surface customer journey and all applicable incentives and partner programs.
  • You will attend Microsoft trainings and complete all Surface Expert Zone trainings.
  • You will build and execute on a plan to achieve quarterly revenue targets and implement a Rhythm of Business with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will be identifying customer opportunities and co-selling offers.
  • You will evangelize the product and drive awareness of programs, campaigns and offers.
  • You will develop and execute a new customer acquisition sales plan for the Surface portfolio.
  • You will develop business sales plans for Microsoft Store and evangelize them.
  • You will operationalize leads and optimize sales process and P2P (Partner-to-Partner).
  • You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Utilised promotions and OFT's (Offers for Trade) to get customer to purchase, quote customers and call customers.
  • Tag opportunities within MSX, report on conversion and share insights and feedback.

Profile

  • Proven sales experience in the SMB, SMCC and Enterprise segment, preferably in the IT industry and hardware sales experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Surface products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to hunt and land sales pipeline.
  • Be a native German speaker with professional proficiency in English, or speak fluent German and English.
  • Workplace type: Hybrid or remote
  • This position is based in Portugal.
  • Applicants must meet residency or eligibility criteria to work within the country (example: a residence permit or work visa).
