Project
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team and support strategic initiatives through data analysis and business insights. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, deep BI expertise, and a business-oriented mindset.
Role
- Analyze business data to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Optimize data models and reporting structures to improve performance and usability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into data requirements.
- Administer and configure BI tools to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Connect business data to operational processes and KPIs.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of BI platforms and practices.
We are looking for
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst in IT.
- Expertise in Looker, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Experience as a BI tool administrator is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
- In-depth knowledge of BI platforms and data modeling.
- Ability to connect data to business operations and strategy.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be living in Portugal.
