What we are looking for:
To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Services Specialist to join our Customer Experience department. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our customer-related processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients and address their needs effectively.
You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. - Handle invoice corrections and manage subscriptions to ensure accurate billing and account functionality
- Address customers' billing concerns through email, phone, or live chat using professional and customer-oriented communication with international clients
- Assist customers through all processes to ensure the functionality of their accounts
- Utilize NetSuite and Salesforce experience to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management
- Correct invoices and manage subscriptions

Basic Qualifications:
- Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Easy to work with
- Sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in a similar role
- Strong experience in the use of telephones, email, and video conferencing
- Relevant experience to the role and or collections
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French or Italian are mandatory; proficiency in additional languages like Spanish or Portuguese are a plus
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
- Experiences in Salesforce and NetSuite are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and team members
