The Role
As a Waiter/Waitress at Vida Plena, you'll be an integral part of our vibrant team, working together to craft unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your warmth, attentiveness, and prompt service will ensure that every visit is memorable.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dining areas and set tables for meals.
- Greet and welcome guests, presenting menus and offering recommendations.
- Serve dishes and beverages with flair and professionalism.
- Handle billing, ensuring accuracy with menu pricing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of utensils, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Ensure the dining area is always tidy, organized, and ready for service.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, striving for service excellence.
- Keep serving stations well-stocked with essentials like cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
- Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining composure and a genuine smile.
- Perform cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing counters and restrooms.

First 100 Days
- Immerse:Explore the essence of our new ceramics initiative. Get to know the studio space, our equipment and the unique flow of our workshop experience. Meet the team and align on vision and values.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Studio Coordinator and Operations team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Learn the systems that support workshop preparation, studio upkeep, and guest follow-up.
- Teach: Begin leading workshops with support and guidance from our team. Foster positive group dynamics and deliver inspiring sessions rooted in connection and creativity.
- Support: Take part in shaping studio operations — from firing and glazing routines to attendee follow-up and boutique collaboration. Contribute to an environment where both creativity and hospitality thrive.
