YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You embrace and advocate for the core principles of Product Design ensuring that collaboration, human-centered design, and data-driven decision-making are at the core of everything we do
- You create typical design artefacts such as mid-fi, hi-fi wireframes, and prototypes, driven by the principles of IxD, IA, A11y and UCD
- You independently leverage user data and research to evaluate the impact of your designs and ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs
- You work closely with Product Managers and Business Partners to define the future of our products
- You find the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have minimum two years of experience in UX/UI Design with a focus on B2C digital products and feel confident owning the design process end-to-end
- Portfolio Your portfolio showcases projects that show both your visual design skills and your ability to solve complex problems in a user-centered way
- Personal qualities You are a humble team player who works well with others, open to different perspectives, and eager to receive feedback and constructive criticism
- Attitude You are energetic, hard-working, and a continuous learner in the fast-evolving world of interactive design, always striving to produce the highest quality of work
- Approach You’re resourceful and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently
- Communication You have strong English communication skills and can effectively present and defend your ideas
