Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Perform complex treasury activities such as payments, bank reconciliation, provide information to all the stakeholders. Support month end close processes, audit and reporting
Note: This position is open to Tomar, Guarda and Lisbon
- Managing daily bank statement reconciliations between transactions (actual and forecasts)
- Daily managing bank accounts balance and cash pooling
- Comparing and analyzing cash flows and forecasts
- Compiles its subsidiaries cash forecasts and provides a consolidated and accurate forecast to Group Treasury
- Building reports by using several treasury tools to gather information
- Loans administration, including interest calculation
Are you a MATCH?
- From 5 years of experience, preferably with Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Management or similar, and/or with experience in the respective areas;
- User knowledge of SAP, Oracle or other ERPs
- Experience in Shared Services Center is a plus
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Continuous improvements, ability to identify gaps in existing processes
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Other Languages like Spanish will be a plus
