- You will be responsible for purchasing admin activities related to subcontractors, key components, and service providers for PV and Wind projects
- You will support the qualification processes of external entities such us subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- You will conduct financial-risk analysis, and create working procedure with collaborating with the relevant teams/departments to implement best practices and streamline workflows
- You will assist budget forecasting and allocation, management of purchase orders and invoices, tracking and monitoring of the correct budget fulfillment
- You will support in contract negotiations for related matters.
Requirements
- You finished your studies in Engineering, Technology, or Business Studies.
- You already have some first working experience in procurement management (especially purchasing related) preferably in the infrastructure or energy sector.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You are business fluent in English and Portuguese, and language skills in Spanish is an advantage.
