What youll do:

Hunt down top IT talent across Europe (without being creepy, please)

Craft messages that dont feel like spam (we believe in good vibes, not cold DMs)

Conduct interviews with empathy, curiosity, and the occasional joke

Work side-by-side with a super chill, super sharp team that actually cares

What were looking for:

Some experience in IT recruitment (agency or in-house were not picky)

Great communication skills and a nose for potential

Someone who loves startups, chaos (the fun kind), and building things from scratch

Passion for tech (even if you dont code yet)
