We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to join our In-House Talent Acquisition (IHTA) Team. You’ll be in charge of spreading the Damia magic within our clients!

About you:
- You must be an awesome person with at least 2 years of experience in tech hiring ( either in-house or in agencies)
- You know how to source ( Boolean search methods will be a big plus !)
- You are an experienced person in stakeholder management
- You rock when you need to manage an ATS ( Applicant Tracking System) like Greenhouse, Workable, Lever, Ashby, etc…to deal with your pipelines
- You think that Talent Acquisition is not HR YOU KEEP YOURSELF CALM UNDER PRESSURE
- You understand that Rome wasn’t built in one day Your mom always told you that you are organized and independent
- Your English skills should be at an advanced level
- You need to be able to work in a hybrid model (if necessary)
