At ComplyAdvantage, we’re on a mission to fight financial crime through cutting-edge AI and data. But behind every bold goal is a team of exceptional people—and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Product & Tech Talent Partner to help shape the future of our global team. Based in either London or Lisbon, you’ll be at the heart of our product and engineering growth, partnering with some of the most innovative leaders in the business to hire exceptional talent across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering.
This is more than sourcing CVs—it’s about helping to deliver the strategy, building relationships, and championing an outstanding candidate experience from first hello to day one.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end hiring for product and tech roles—from proactive sourcing and employer branding to interview strategy and offer negotiation.
- Be a strategic partner to hiring managers, bringing market insights, data, and a point of view to every conversation.
- Develop creative and inclusive sourcing strategies, tapping into diverse networks and communities across Europe (and beyond).
- Tell compelling stories that bring our mission, product vision, and culture to life—you’ll be the voice candidates remember.
- Elevate the candidate experience across every touchpoint, ensuring our hiring process is engaging, fair, and fast-moving.
- Continuously refine and evolve how we assess talent—build tools, interview frameworks, and hiring playbooks that scale.
- Collaborate closely with People Team colleagues to connect hiring with onboarding, employee experience, and talent development.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years’ experience in product and technical recruiting, ideally within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong grasp of Product profiles is a must, and the ability to engage talent in meaningful conversations about our roadmap and vision.
- A data-driven approach to hiring—you can track pipeline health, share trends, and influence decisions using metrics.
- A proactive, relationship-first mindset—you thrive when trusted by leaders and love helping them build high-performing teams.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion—you know it’s not just about widening the top of the funnel but rethinking every part of the process.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (we use Greenhouse), sourcing platforms, and recruiting analytics
