Project
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Reliability Engineer to work closely with software engineering teams and operational users to ensure our client IT systems meet reliability, availability, and performance targets. The SRE will play a key role in optimizing, automating, and streamlining processes, as well as contributing to the continuous improvement of system operations.
Role
- Optimize, automate, and standardize operational processes and procedures
- Drive performance tuning and reliability enhancements of production systems
- Handle support tickets and provide timely resolutions
- Produce clear documentation and actively contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives
We are looking for
- Strong experience with Sybase (knowledge of Oracle or SQL Server is a plus)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Ansible and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Shell Scripting
- Experience with Java 8 in production environments
