What you'll do:
- Improve our customers life: Analyze current return processes, key metrics (Return time, RCSAT, Return rate...), and other sources of data, to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, suggest, test and put in place better processes, that will make our customers happier.
- Financials monitoring: Monitor the Reverse Logistics and Refurbishment costs to help us identifying trends, compare to our budget to understand deviations, and calculate the impact of the new projects.
- Manage cross-team projects: Work closely with Warehouse, Last Mile, Network Design, Customer Excellence and Country teams, on process improvements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Drive Return rate reduction: Together with Product Success, Countries, Web shop and other teams, deeply understand the reasons for our returns and work in solid plans for its reduction.
- Physical Returns Processes enhancement: Identify industries best practices, run tests and standardize the returns inspection, grading, and repacking/refurbishment across our warehouses.
- This role is based in Lisbon, with some visits to our return's warehouses in ES, FR, DE and UK.
What we are looking for:
- You have +5 years of experience working with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations, Management Consulting or similar areas.
- You are comfortable with numbers and financial reports (no need for a financial degree).
- You have strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
- You're a team player and enjoy collaborating with people from different backgrounds, and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Knowledge in Six Sigma, PDCA, SIPOC, DMAIC is a plus.
- Knowledge in Tableau or a solid Finance background are a BIG plus.
- Experience in Returns would be a HUGE plus.
