Job Description
As a Senior Operations & Processes Specialist , you will ensure that all software-specific operational workflows are optimized for efficiency and scalability. You will also be responsible for maintaining governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
In your new role you will:
- Streamline and optimize order-to-cash (O2C) processes for software transactions, in collaboration with O2C process owners
- Work with digital teams to integrate operational workflows into Infineon’s platforms, ensuring seamless and scalable transactions
- Define governance frameworks for software, in compliance with existing regulations
- Advocate for process automation to reduce manual workloads and to improve efficiency
- Document operational workflows to ensure clarity and accessibility for stakeholders
- Provide training on O2C processes to ensure proper understanding and adherence to workflows
- Develop and implement a concept for self-service tools (e.g., chatbots) to enable stakeholders to independently access O2C process information
- Monitor operational performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous process improvements
Your Profile
You are solution-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy working across departments to drive impactful results and implement continuous improvements.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management , or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in operational process optimization, licensing management, or order-to-cash workflows
Familiarity with software-specific challenges (e.g., subscriptions, licensing) - Experience in the semiconductor or software industry , particularly with order-to-cash systems and digital commerce platforms, would be an advantage
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and process owners, and communicate complex processes clearly and effectively - Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements
- Proven track record of success in delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
