What You'll do:
- Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping;
- Analyze and redesign business processes, identifying and addressing inefficiencies;
- Define and manage project scope: transform business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Actively collaborate with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions;
- Manage communication and relationship with the client, ensuring alignment and expectation management;
- Lead project management activities, including budget, timeline, risk management, and team motivation;
- Validate developments through UAT, ensuring compliance with defined requirements;
- Provide training and support to end users;
- Hybrid Work Model (Severel locations in Portugal).
What You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on requirements gathering, analysis, and business process documentation;
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management;
- Proven experience in projects based on Agile methodologies, especially the Scrum framework;
- Understanding of product development and interest in long-term projects;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and interpret projects, business, and client needs;
- Comfortable and confident in decision-making and project-related negotiations;
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
- Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking;
- Fluent in English;
- Experience in Low-Code projects, particularly with OutSystems (Strong Plus);
- Experience in international projects, preferably in the U.S. market (Plus);
- Availability to work across different time zones(Plus);
- Knowledge of Spanish (Plus).
