Senior Business Development & Product Manager Customer Service / Spare Parts KSC BU Automation
Your role in our team
• You are responsible for planning and implementation of our Customer Service Product-Portfolio-Strategy and Product-Market-Strategy
• You are responsible for the harmonization and further development of the entire service portfolio and service contracts. The focus is on spare parts.
• You are responsible for the development and implementation of spare parts pricing models and strategies to optimize sales and margins. You support the regions in analyzing market prices, taking into account the competitive environment, regions, and trends.
• You are responsible for the creation of all marketing and sales documents for international service sales in the Business Unit.
• You are the contact person for all (inter-)national service organizations of the Business Unit for Service Portfolio/Service Product Management, Spare Parts Management and Service Sales and proactively work on establishing proactive Service Sales.
• You are responsibly contributing to the development of the global service strategy
• You design and implement specific roll-out workshops and service sales briefings
• You prepare market and competitor analyses together with our regional Service organizations.
Your profile
• You have the necessary specialist knowledge based on a successfully completed commercial and/or technical degree or comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in Service Product Portfolio Management and Strategy, in the development and implementation of Service Strategy, in Spare Parts Management and Pricing, in the harmonization of Service Products, in Business Development (Go2Market) and driving key strategic initiatives. Working in a matrix organization is not unfamiliar to you, and cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration is not new to you.
• You have proven international work experience, experience in Customer Service/After Sales and Spare Parts Management (ideally in an industrial environment and/or the intralogistics sector) and a good technical understanding.
• You are a strong strategic thinker, able to understand and communicate complex topics to different stakeholders; possess a strong understanding of numbers, analytical thinking skills and a structured approach; are open-minded and adaptive, resilient, results-oriented, empathetic, committed, and able to work independently; have a confident demeanor, excellent presentation and communication skills, a team-oriented approach, diligence and reliability
• You are proficient in SAP and MS Office, especially Excel and ideally have already worked with a CRM tool (Salesforce) and BI tools (Power BI)
• You are fluent in English and Portugese; additional language skills (e.g. German) are a plus.
