What you'll do:

  • Own the full P&L for our 9 Emma Stores across Germany and the Netherlands, driving profitability and performance.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and store-level performance planning across both markets.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to maximize EBIT through pricing, bundling, in-store conversion, and operational levers.
  • Support the launch of 6 new Emma Stores (2 in 2026, 4 in 2027), including location strategy, store setup, and go-to-market planning.
  • Use our O&O stores as innovation hubs — testing new product segments, service add-ons, pricing techniques, and merchandising concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Ops, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align store performance with broader business goals.
  • Translate insights and data into actionable plans that drive growth and improve the customer experience.

Who we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or retail performance role — ideally across multiple markets or channels.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with confidence in owning a P&L and making data-backed decisions.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to drive and implement initiatives independently.
  • Experience in retail expansion or new market/store launches is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious, proactive, and always looking for ways to improve and optimize.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Dutch are a strong advantage.
