What You'll do:
- Perform technical analysis for new developments or impacts on existing software, based on functional specifications;
- Prepare unit and system test plans, and execute corresponding tests for projects managed or supported by the team;
- Produce technical and project documentation aligned with internal methodologies;
- Develop software in compliance with existing programming standards and frameworks, based on previously elaborated technical analysis documents;
- Analyze and resolve incidents, including accounting discrepancies and bug fixes;
- Monitor batch chains, providing support for nightly production batches, within the assigned rotation schedule;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are:
Mandatory (10+ years of experience):
- Strong experience in programming and technical analysis;
- Proficiency in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL
- Hands-on experience with Control-M;
- Functional knowledge of credit applications, preferably in amortized subsidized credit, mortgages, discounts (bills of exchange), guarantees received, and credit recovery;
- Understanding of accounting as applied to credit-related applications.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with EDz (development framework);
- Familiarity with ALM Quality Center and BMC Remedy;
- Knowledge of methodologies and tools such as CMMI and Lean IT.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Clear communication and effective interpersonal skills;
- Flexibility to manage changing business priorities and production support needs;
- Good organizational skills;
- Ability to handle multiple topics in parallel.
