YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You are a Commercial Expert (m/f/d) for our retail performance and promotion strategy in direct (B2C) and partner (B2P) channels
- You closely monitor the performance of individual markets, identify potential opportunities, and define the right measures with your channel stakeholders to drive growth and profitability
- You collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple countries and departments to align strategies and execution
- You conduct detailed performance analyses of individual products/measures and derive concrete actions and recommendations
- You ensure the correct setup of channel-specific performance measures in our pricing systems, and support your channel stakeholders in case of technical issues
- You contribute to the further development of our systems and processes and take on exciting projects in the field of Revenue Management
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Mathematics, Business Informatics, or a similar field, and have already gained initial experience in Commercial Development, Price & Promotion Steering, or as an Analyst (m/f/d)
- You have solid Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
- You possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, have a very precise, independent, and structured working style, and enjoy working in a team
- You enjoy continuously engaging with new topics, especially in the field of performance steering and promotion planning, and love to deep dive into analyses
- Communicating and presenting in English is no problem for you; German language skills are a plus
