Job Description
We are looking for experienced SAP IBP Business Implementation Consultants to support the deployment of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions in a global life sciences environment. The roles focus on supporting business-side implementation activities across planning processes such as Demand, Inventory, Response & Supply, Sales & Operations Planning, and DDMRP.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support business-side implementation of SAP IBP modules.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses, and process alignment workshops with global stakeholders.
- Coordinate key project activities including testing, training, cutover planning, and go-live support.
- Collaborate with IT teams, integrators, and planning functions to ensure effective solution adoption.
- Contribute to process documentation, change management, and end-user readiness initiatives.
- Align planning scenarios and master data with global process standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain transformation projects, including SAP IBP exposure (across at least two modules).
- Solid understanding of planning areas such as demand forecasting, inventory, response, or S&OP.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting global deployments.
- Familiarity with life sciences or regulated industries is an advantage.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
