- Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
- Possess a technical or business-related background (or are a career changer with a strong interest in CRM).

Selection Process:

- Test Task & Video: Candidates who progress will first complete a small practical task, followed by a short Playhunt video about their motivation and communication style.
- Final Interview: Selected candidates meet with our Salesforce team for a comprehensive interview
