About the job
- The Risk Culture Senior Editorial Producer will work closely with the Head of Risk Culture to continuously enhance risk awareness initiatives and bolster the visibility of Risk Culture by ensuring the relevance and timeliness of all productions. Additionally, will mentor and supervise the team’s communication associates, including graphic and motion designers and content writers, to consistently improve the impact of initiatives while meeting stakeholder and internal client standards
- To excel in this role, candidates must grasp the messages’ purpose and familiarise themselves with the topics covered. Their contributions will be essential in maintaining Risk Culture’s quality standards and establishing it as the go-to internal reference for risk information. This position demands continuous presence, enthusiasm, and bold creativity
Your Main Activities Are
- Enrich the Risk Culture offer by leveraging on risk knowledge and network
- Support the Head of Risk Culture in overseeing the editorial standards and applying the contents governance frameworks
- Animate the network of ambassadors to enhance Risk Culture initiatives
- Set and manage the editorial calendar in coordination with stakeholders: sponsors, managers and experts, etc.
- Mentor and supervise the team’s contents production encouraging the development of impactful materials, such as newsletters, intranet contents, scripts and educational points for videos and infographics etc.. to ensure clarity, accuracy and the desired tone
- Support the team’s development to reach new audiences, propose new methods for publishing and promoting Risk Culture initiatives. Suggest appropriate mediums for featuring content in attractive formats based on prepared scripts
- Contribute to the animation of the Risk Culture platform by preparing communications with readers, such as polls and newsletters, and participating in KPI analyses
Profile and Skills to Success
- Master’s Degree in Marketing / Communications or related
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing / Communications / Project Management / Risks Management or similar
- Experience in banking / risk management is necessary
- Knowledge in digital working tools Communication and Collaboration Platforms
- Advanced level of English, both written and oral
- Ability to collaborate / teamwork
- Ability to develop and leverage networks
- Attention to detail / rigor
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Organisational skills
