What you'll do:
- Act as an Offline Business Developer for both Retail and Wholesale channels, driving regional growth by building intelligence on key areas such as product and pricing segmentation, competition mapping, and offline profitability.
- Drive initiatives to boost EBIT, working cross-functionally to improve pricing, bundling, conversion, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Operations, Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to ensure our offline channels are a strong extension of the Emma brand and experience.
- Use our owned-and-operated stores as test labs, pilot new pricing models, explore new product segments, test bundling and promotional mechanics, and iterate based on results.
- Be the P&L owner for our 9 Emma Stores across Germany and the Netherlands, driving profitability, setting targets, and ensuring financial performance aligns with our growth ambitions.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and store-level performance planning for both markets.
- Support the launch of 6 new Emma Stores (2 in 2026, 4 in 2027) by collaborating with stakeholders on location strategy, store setup, and go-to-market plans.
- Analyze data, identify opportunities, and turn insights into actionable plans that improve performance on the ground.
Who we’re looking for:
- You have 4+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or retail performance role; ideally within a multi-market or omnichannel environment.
- You’re highly analytical, data-driven, and confident managing a P&L and making decisions that impact the bottom line.
- You think in systems, thrive in ambiguity, and love solving complex, cross-functional challenges.
- You master project and stakeholder management.
- You’ve worked on retail expansion, new market launches, or rollouts, and understand what it takes to make them successful from planning to execution.
- You’re curious, hands-on, and always thinking about how to test, learn, and improve.
- You speak fluent English; German is a plus.
