We are looking for Italian-speaking candidates to join the team and work remotely for this leading technology brand!
Your responsabilities:
- Answer incoming requests from Italian-speaking users by phone, email, or chat
- Help customers with questions after they buy — like delivery, warranty, or refunds
- Support sales by suggesting products in a helpful, non-pushy way
- Keep customers updated on the status of their issue or order
- Log all requests and details correctly in the system, following the company’s rules
Our expectations:
- You speak Italian in proficiency
- Fluent English level (at least B2)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team
- An ability to work in shifts
Main duties:
- Possible start on 03.07
- Fully remote work system from all over Portugal (except islands)
- Working schedule: Monday -Saturday 08:00 –21:00 (8 hours/day, 5 days/ week, rotating shifts) Days off: Sunday +1 rotational day
- Fixed term, renewable full time 6-months employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan( free after 6 months)
- Training is provided at the beginning of work, previous experience is not required

Competetive Salary and bonuses:
- 1024 gross x 14 months -base salary
- up to 225€ gross performance bonus/month
- meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- 20 €/month - Transport allowance
- Signing bonus: €1000! (€250 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)
Relocation package:
- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
