POSITION SUMMARY
At Delta Hotels by Marriott Azores, the Front Desk role goes far beyond check-in and check-out. We strive to create experiences that are both memorable and unique. That’s why we’re looking for a Guest Experience Expert – someone who takes initiative and is passionate about delivering exceptional service throughout the guest’s stay.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome and assist guests from arrival to departure with warmth and professionalism;
Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with a can-do attitude;
Handle operational and administrative tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, and shift reports;
Share local recommendations and insights to enhance the guest experience;
Make every interaction a meaningful part of the guest’s journey.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive and proactive approach to guest service;
Flexibility to move around the Front Office and support wherever needed;
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and handle light physical tasks (up to 10 lbs);
Professional appearance, communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
Commitment to Marriott’s standards of safety, confidentiality, and quality.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: With related work experience.
