Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance and many more.
Please note that this role is a 12 months Fixed-term Contract.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform timely follow-up on quotation requests for assigned regions
- Build up and maintain a strong relationship with appointed customers and relevant stakeholders within the organization
- Ensure that the price strategies set by the respective business line Marketers are being executed
- Provide proactive support, value added feedback and input to Regional Marketing, Business Lines and Account Managers
- Proactively seeking for continuous improvements in the execution of the quoting process
- Give support to a worldwide standardization and positioning of the Quote Center within Sales & Marketing
- Higher education degree or similar
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in a Sales / Marketing environment
- Ability to work on time sensitive projects, meet critical deadlines and deliver commitments in an organized manner
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Affinity with numbers and systems
- Team player with hands-on mentality
- Proficiency with tools such as SAP, PowerBI, Salesforce
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
