How you will make impact
- Develop and drive end-to-end quality strategies and processes tailored to the client's environment and product roadmap
- Define, track, and communicate quality KPIs and OKRs to senior leadership, using metrics to assess release readiness, product health, and areas of improvement
- Foster strong relationship with stakeholders to understand and align quality expectations
- Lead and coordinate test management activities, including test planning, test design, test execution, reporting, and defect lifecycle management
- Guide team in risk-based testing and exploratory testing along with manual testing approaches
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to embed quality into the entire development life cycle
- Analyze existing QA setup and frameworks, identify gaps and propose improvements
- Enable and advocate for shift left practices and continuous improvement
- Ensure automated test system maintenance and extension (Hardware in the Loop) and CI/CD integration
- Ensure adequate test coverage at all levels
What is important to us
- 5 plus years of experience as QA in agile software development projects or related roles
- Proven track record in leading QA teams and driving quality strategies at an organizational level
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- Proven experience in test management: planning, execution, reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Flutter, Patrol), CI/CD tools, and version control systems
- Experience with cross - platform testing, including Windows and mobile applications (iOS and Android) and hardware integration
- Familiarity with non-functional requirements testing (performance testing, security testing)
- Knowledge of testing NFC, Bluetooth, and USB communication interfaces, as well as IoT device ecosystems would be a plus
- Knowledge of international standards (e.g. ISTQB, ISO 9001) and various testing procedures would be a plus
- Knowledge of Confluence and Jira tools would be a plus
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills with the ability to grow and motivate a high-performing QA team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data driven approach to decision-making
- Clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and customers is vital. This includes the ability to articulate the product vision, requirements, and feedback
- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment and mediate between differing priorities and perspectives
- Team player, able to deal with diverging requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
- Proactive approach to improving and sharing knowledge
- Dedication to understanding client needs and user pain points and business objectives
- Ability to balance technical expertise with strategic and commercial priorities
