We are seeking a highly motivated and organized trainee to join our Network Infrastructure Delivery and Operations Transformation Business Office as a Project Management & Business Analysis Trainee. In our team, we focus on the constant improvement of existing processes, tools and organization setup, facilitating knowledge sharing and harmonizing changes. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in project management and business analysis. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in managing projects, assessing business needs, and contributing to data-driven decision-making.
Position: Internship
Duration: 12 months
Start Date (tentative): September 2025
Location: Hybrid in Amadora, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Management, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field with an accredited school
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities
- Conduct business analysis to provide insights for decision-making
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders
- Help identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities
- Use project management tools to track tasks and progress
- Collaborate with different, cross-functional teams with the opportunity to learn from experienced project managers, to align business requirements with project goals
You have:
- Master or Bachelor in Management (MBA), Business Analytics, Engineering or a similar field
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar)
- Skills or coursework in business analysis and data interpretation, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Familiarity with business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
