Product Manager - Seamless Travel

Job Title

Business Context: Following our acquisition of Vision Box, our ambitions in digital identity and biometrics are to revolutionize the way travelers interact with airlines, airports, and border authorities, ensuring seamless and secure travel experiences.

Team Purpose: The Mobile & Digital Identity team is dedicated to creating products that streamline passenger processing, enhance security, and improve overall efficiency thanks to the use of biometric technology and mobile wallets. Our product portfolio includes passenger document verification, biometric enrolment and digital ID management solutions.

This position: We are looking for a talented product manager to join a small team of product managers responsible for all aspects of the product lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, R&D, Operations and Customer Success teams, to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Your role will involve strategic planning, product development, and market analysis to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry. We seek someone motivated by emerging standards and technologies. Expertise in digital identity and digital wallets will clearly be a plus, as well as a strong desire to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment (working in SAFe).

Key Accountabilities:
•    Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception to decommissioning.
•    Consolidate and articulate business needs into new product concepts or enhancements.
•    Initiate technical feasibility studies with R&D counterparts.
•    Collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Product Marketing Management, R&D and Operations to recommend priorities and define product release plans.
•    Review functional specifications to ensure they meet identified customer and market needs.
•    Perform opportunity validations for new products or enhancements by monitoring the market and our competition.
•    Calculate business cases and conduct regular product health checks.
•    Manage budget and resources and monitor product profitability.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Background in the digital identity and passenger processing domains is a strong plus;
• Extensive experience as a Product Manager;
• Fluent English;
• Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds;
• Preferably experience with complex systems;
• Experience in agile & SAFe methodologies is a plus.
