Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. In the space of 4 years, it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include, besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa, Middle-East and India, and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance, but also Human Resources.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Part of an international team, the main mission of the Asset Supervision & Control product expert is to ensure that the end users' needs are gathered, taken into consideration and shared to the different stakeholders (Product manager, Solution and Business owners) in order to contribute to the global product roadmap. As an expert, you will be a relay between IT and the end users. You will be responsible for supporting the products, contributing to their evolutions and adaptations.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the Asset Supervision & Control Digital and IT portfolio serving thousands of users within the Air Liquide group.
Passionate about industrial solutions such as PI from AVEVA, you will become a trusted point of contact for the different Asset Supervision & Control solutions while building a close relationship with internal customers to understand their needs and solve their pain points.
You will support the different Asset Supervision & Control globally and ensure that they remain highly available
You will document and share your knowledge with internal support team members and internal customers while analyzing incidents and proposing action plans
You will participate in the deployment of the different solutions, their evolutions and contribute to their sustainability while keeping a cost effective approach
You will assist product managers and portfolio managers on the product development activities for technical / financial topics
You will be the key contributor to technical specification (Infrastructure, design of the solutions, …) and on functional documentation related to evolutions
Are you a MATCH?
A Master (5 years after high school)
2-5 years in Industrial Historian System (like PI from AVEVA) and/or SCADA systems
A solid knowledge of industrial protocol like OPC, Modbus
Global IT knowledge : network, database, system
A strong communication and organizational skills
A strong written, oral and presentation skills
A customer service orientation
A good balance of information technology skills and business skills/knowledge
An excellent analytical and problem solving skills
The ability to work with services provided by third-parties
The ability to achieve consensus between stakeholders with divergent interests
