🚀 Product Designer - Shape the Future of Work
Are you the Product Designer we’re looking for? At Nmbrs, our software supports over 1.5 million employees, most of whom directly interact with the tools you’ll help shape. If you’re passionate about creating intuitive and attractive UX/UI experiences and want to make a real impact on how people use our SaaS product, then this role in our Lisbon office could be the perfect match.
What you can expect in this role:
You will join one of our product squads with your main focus in our Core domain. You will work closely in this squad to learn about the Nmbrs SaaS product and understand how its usability can be improved according to our customers’ needs. Alongside this, you’ll also collaborate with our AI-focused squad on projects where AI enhances the user experience. In addition to the squads, you’ll be part of Chapter UX, working with other designers and UXers to develop a long-term UX strategy for our SaaS product. In this collaboration, your projects will also overlap with other domains.
In your daily work, you will...
Own and organize the discovery of problems through user research to understand and identify users’ problems.
Interview and test with users and colleagues, gather qualitative and quantitative feedback, and build insight reports based on those results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure your design aligns with business goals, supports technical constraints, and meets user needs.
Produce and communicate design concepts through artifacts such as sketches, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
Contribute to the design system while creating or improving components needed for your designs.
Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers on cross-functional product teams.
Facilitate workshops to enhance collaboration and align on problems with stakeholders.
Prepare design specifications for development.
Lead projects with a user-centered and data-informed mindset. This includes planning, prioritizing tasks, and overseeing analysis that leads to relevant recommendations for the product.
Bring the user's voice to the table and amplify it across the organization.
Help guide the prioritization of features and MVP definitions according to essential user needs.
Simplify complex user journeys into an easy-to-use experience.
Some of the tools we use to make it happen: Figma, Maze, Jira.
