Product Data Analyst (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, product
strategy, and business impact. In this role, you’ll act as a bridge between data and product
teams , helping drive better decision-making through insight, instrumentation, and strong
stakeholder collaboration.

Your Tasks

• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to identify key metrics and turn product data into actionable insights
• Act as the PM for data-related initiatives that support the product organization(dashboards, tracking plans, user behavior models, etc.)
• Own the instrumentation strategy for product features, ensuring accurate and scalable tracking using tools like Amplitude
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into data products and solutions
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar) to support decision-making
• Communicate complex findings in a clear, business-friendly way to non-technical stakeholders
• Support experimentation frameworks and help define success metrics
• Ensure data quality and consistency across platforms and teams

You Bring

• Solid business acumen and a strong understanding of product development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with product analytics tools (Amplitude required, Mixpanel or similar a plus)
• Intermediate SQL skills,  able to write clean, optimized queries
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, you can explain data to non-data people with clarity and confidence
• A proactive, collaborative mindset,  you're comfortable prioritizing, managing stakeholders, and acting as the “go-to” person for product data
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, or Engineering teams

• Familiarity with event tracking plans, instrumentation workflows, or CDPs
• Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or product-led growth environments
• Exposure to A/B testing, growth analytics, or behavioral segmentation
