Job Description
The GBS People Services Associate will support the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to termination. This role includes a combination of front office and back-office responsibilities for Italian speaking colleagues.
Your contribution to something big:

Front Office:
- Provide support for Italian speaking associates with all HR queries, either by e-mail or by phone.

Back Office:
- Manage personal data;
- Perform basic administrative duties;
- Assist with process improvement and system testing.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or diploma: a degree in Human Resources or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience: Proficiency in administrative tasks and familiarity with HR processes or systems is considered as a plus.
- Knowledge: Solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general digital literacy.
- Languages: Strong communication skills in English and native-level Italian are mandatory.
- Personality: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to analyzing and resolving issues. Customer oriented, flexible and adaptable to new tasks, processes and technologies. Also, team player with good communication and collaboration.
