What you'll do
- Implement career development programs and initiatives to support employee growth;
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of career development strategies, providing recommendations for improvement;
- Conduct assessments of career development programs;
- Participate in employer branding initiatives that showcase the company’s values, culture, and benefits to potential candidates;
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in organizational development and employer branding.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field;
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, organizational development, employer branding, or related field;
- Minimum of 6 months tenure in TP;
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2);
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Planning, organizing and time management skills.
