We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations across technical, IT, domestic, and digital domains. This is a high-trust role supporting the personal brand and ventures of a global entrepreneur operating in mining, finance, and media. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and demonstrate strength in systems thinking, problem-solving, task execution, and digital fluency.
Mining industry experience is not required, but a proven ability to manage complexity and maintain discretion is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT & Technical Support: Manage digital tools, devices, online accounts, backups, updates, and troubleshoot tech issues as needed.
- Domestic Oversight: Coordinate household operations, property maintenance, and vendor relationships (Portugal and Ireland).
- Social Media Management: Schedule and manage social media posts across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram in collaboration with a creative team.
- Admin & Scheduling: Manage inboxes, appointments, travel logistics, filing systems, and online subscriptions.
- Project Coordination: Assist in executing personal and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with deadlines and deliverables.
- Tool & System Management: Maintain Trello boards, calendars, folders, shared docs, and reporting dashboards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar operations, EA, or digital management role.
- Strong IT skills across Mac, iPhone, cloud storage, and productivity apps.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- High levels of discretion, proactivity, and accountability.
- Comfortable with multitasking across personal, business, and digital domains.
