Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Operations Assistant to join our team and support international operations. This role focuses on international markets within the technology sector, with the mission of ensuring a smooth customer experience and reliable coordination between the different programs and structures of the group (France/Portugal/Hong Kong).
Key Responsibilities:
· Record, check, and coordinate administrative flows related to our programs.
· Data quality control: ensure reliability and consistency of information
· Coordinate and follow up on action items, deadlines, and project milestones.
· Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Assist the Customer Care team and Executive teams by providing accurate data for case handling and service commitments.
· Handle confidential information with discretion.
· Ensure compliance with administrative procedures and company policies.
Qualifications:
· Fluency in English (required)
· Proven experience in similar role.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis.
· Strong Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities, structure tasks effectively, and deliver consistent results.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Process-Oriented: Ability to follow and optimize workflows, support compliance with internal procedures, and proactively flag inefficiencies.

Evolution
We are looking for someone to cover a maternity leave replacement (6 to 12 months). However, this position may lead to a permanent contract if the profile fully meets the expectations of the role.
