About the job

Your Main Activities Are

• Manage the team in topics such as recruitment, talent identification and retention, expertise development, amongst others
• Organize the planning, the activities of the team and validate the deliveries
• Analyze and explain key metrics, trends, axes of analysis, with a business and risk view perspectives
• Ensure the regular production of the dashboards and analysis produced by the team
• Analyze the operational risk indicators, based on different dimensions
• Present analyses to ease decision making: select and summarize strategic information and present conclusions during committees or forums
• Lead the transformation of the team´s processes by playing an active role in the context of the new digitalized business model
• Set up a robust permanent control framework to deliver in a timely manner, reliable and consistent analysis
• Facilitate team members’ development and knowledge enhancement within the team, to develop autonomy and empowerment

Profile and Skills to Success

• Master’s Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business Management or related
• At least 5 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations / Risk and Controls / Accounting and Finance or similar
• Advanced level of English, both written and oral
• Knowledge in
  • MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Tableau
• Ability to deliver / results driven
• Ability to develop others and improve their skills
• Ability to manage a project
• Communication skills, both written and oral
• Organisational skills
