INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Take orders
- Provide product selection advice
- Take order change requests, incl. Returns; cross- & upsell
- Provide info on delivery status, invoicing for high-value customers
- Manage complaints & warranties, e.g. For damaged goods, delays for high-value customers
- Qualify and warm up/activate leads generated by mktg./kam
SHARED ACCOUNTABILITIES
- In teamselling approach, align on sales actions and customer needs (with local field sales)
- Act in alignment with local quantity and quality guidelines
- Support sales team (sales agents; alt. Channels) to achieve performance by sharing customer insights
- Aligning customer priorities across channels
