Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Work with the business to ensure OKTA is running well and everything is correctly setup:
- Full integration of Aquera / Okta into Client SOX in scope ERP systems;
- Lead the design sessions for the following:
Okta:
- Base Config of Okta;
- Single Sign-on;
- Active Directory / Universal Directory, User migration;
- LCM, UKG PaaS;
- Office 365;
- OIG Access Certs and Requests;
- Workflows;
- Develop a priority list of SSO application
Aquera Integrations:
- SOD Alerts and Frequency;
- Change Tracking;
- User Access Roles;
- User Auto Provisioning;
- Privileged Access Alerting and Review;
- Facilitate ERP access and integration meeting with Aquera implementation ensuring all in scope ERP’s are integrated according to the defined business goals;
- Lead the testing iterations and feedback loop to Okta and Aquera implementation partners;
- Lead the collection and documentation of all project related information including standard operating procedures and recurring operation procedures, end user training documentation and how to guides;
- Build and execute a robust internal IT communication strategy and onboarding training program;
- Build and execute a robust end user communication strategy and onboarding training program;
- Deployment of Okta’s Identity access management (IAM), Single Sign On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA);
- Work with the IT, Finance, Accounting, and Compliance Teams to provision Separation of Duties Alerting (SOD) and Privileged access management (PAM) for each ERP system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience implementing Okta in large enterprises;
- Strong expertise in IAM, SSO, and MFA;
- Experience integrating ERP systems in SOX-compliant environments;
- Knowledge of Aquera / Okta integrations and workflows;
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory / Universal Directory and user migration;
- Familiarity with Lifecycle Management (LCM), Office 365, and OIG Access Certifications;
- Understanding of SOD alerts, change tracking, user roles, and auto-provisioning;
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM);
- Strong documentation skills (SOPs, training guides, procedures);
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills;
Work Regime: Remote
Schedule: 9-18h or 10h-19h
