You will be responsible in any aspects of office management, including but not limited to:
stationery orders
consumables orders
contacting and managing building maintenance and property service providers
supervision of furniture and structure to ensure the best office efficiency at all times.
You will organize and prepare the company events.
You will manage the company mobile phone account.
Manage correspondence, scanning, storing and distributing to respective teams, posting mail whenever required.
You will be involved in the management and archiving of paper documentation when special needs require it.
You will participate in preparing policies and office guideline communications.
You will oversee office budgets and expenses, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
You will ensure tidiness, cleanness, and stocks in the workspaces (coffee corners, meeting rooms, print corners etc…).
You will suggest new ideas that will help improve the office and the life at Hey Harper.
At least 2 years of experience in office management or receptionist role.
Adequate social, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to read and understand a balance sheet.
Problem solving attitude.
Self-reliance, reliability, and conscientiousness.
Independent, reliable and responsible working style.
At least full working proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
