Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for enterprise networks in a post-sales context
- Ensure the handling of all fault tickets and configuration requests
- Support field technicians, assisting in the diagnosis and resolution of network issues
- Manage and maintain the team’s shared email inbox in an organized and efficient manner
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a Network Operator
- Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching (Cisco) and IPv4/IPv6 protocols
- Experience with ADSL technology
- Basic understanding of GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Availability to work in 24/7 shifts
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or specializations in telecommunications are a plus
