Job Title: Mulesoft Integration Specialist

Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Integration Specialist with hands-on experience in MuleSoft and a strong understanding of modern integration architecture. This role bridges solution design and delivery - ideal for someone who can both code and architect scalable, secure, and efficient integration solutions. You will be part of the Digital Platform department, reporting to the Technical Architect/Integrations Product Owner, and will contribute to the Logistics project aimed at implementing a logistics management and planning software for improved operational performance.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical integration designs and APIs.
- Define and enforce integration standards, including reusability, monitoring, performance, and security best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation (API specs, data mappings, solution architecture diagrams).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Data, Business) to ensure integrations meet technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct code reviews.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance; troubleshoot production issues as needed.
- Lead or contribute to architectural discussions and decisions around systems integration strategy.
