As a Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of online content. You'll analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, and resolve issues flagged by users or systems. Given the nature of the role, you may be exposed to sensitive or objectionable content and will need strong emotional resilience and coping skills.

Role Details:
- Review and remove content in line with client guidelines
- Stay updated on client policies and guidelines
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues
- Advocate for user safety and participate in process improvement initiatives
- Engage in discussions on socially sensitive topics to ensure community safety
Job Qualifications:
- Italian or Spanish or German or French or Arabic or Russian or Portuguese (Advanced level)
- English (Advanced level)
- Strong coping skills and emotional resilience
- Attention to detail and critical thinking ability
- Passion for internet culture and awareness of political/social issues in relevant markets
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must be 18 or older, with completed compulsory education and a valid work permit
