WORKPLACE: Lisbon, / Braga / Coimbra (Hybrid)
PROFILE:
- Higher education in Information Technology or similar;
- Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in software development (experience with data systems and/or AI/ML integration in backend applications will be valued)
- Proficiency in Python for data and artificial intelligence applications;
- Proven experience in designing and implementing software architecture, applying standards and best practices;
- Leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams, distribute tasks, and estimate development effort;
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions and making strategic decisions;
- Solid knowledge of software engineering principles applied to scalable data and AI systems;
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform, including tools, services, and implementation strategies, will be valued;
- Knowledge of frontend/backend communication patterns to support architecture and integration decisions will be valued;
- Analytical skills for debugging complex systems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions;
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and technical project management;
- Fluency in English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative for continuous improvement of solutions.
