We are looking for a kitchen helper with a Pastry background for a brunch cafe with 90% of pastry being produced "in house"
We expect you to:
- Make the preparation of pastries, desserts, and other baked goods according to our recipies.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff and assist in kitchen service during the rush hour.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures.
- Assist in plating and presentation of desserts.
Language of communication: English (Portuguese is a plus)

Only Lisbon area, Parque das Naçoes
Salary start: 900 EUR (trial month), official employment + benefits for KPI + tips distribution
