WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Contribute to the development of our E-Commerce Platform and the evolution of our Marketplace
- Stay up to speed with all back-end and web technologies, software architecture principles and design patterns
- Apply your knowledge of performance and security measures
- Work in an Agile environment, focusing on delivery/commitment and software continuous improvement
- Work with the following technologies: PostgreSQL, Redis, Java, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Zookeeper and more
- You'll evolve our e-commerce platform
- You'll define the future of our e-commerce platform
- You'll expand our microservices architecture
- You'll evolve your technical capabilities to the next level while using state-of-the-art technologies.
WHO YOU ARE
- An experienced software engineer with 2 or more years of experience in object-oriented languages
- Knowledgeable of unit tests or integration tests
- Proficient in working in a microservices architecture
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra or MongoDB are a plus)
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka is a plus)
- Knowledgeable of REST APIs
- Experienced with SOA architecture is a plus
- A professional with experience working with SCRUM methodologies is also a plus
- Fluent in English
- An expert in object-oriented languages (Java or others)
- 2+ years of experience as a software developer
- Knowledgeable of unit tests and integration tests
- Passionate about code quality
- Knowledgeable of SQL language and experience using relational databases
- Knowledgeable of RESTful Web Services
- Interested in large-scale systems
- Eager to learn and share knowledge
- Passionate about solving complex problems.
